On October 20, 2025, the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KoCham) awarded four scholarships, each worth VND 5 million, to four outstanding students of LHU. This marks the eighth consecutive year KoCham has organized the Scholarship Award Ceremony to honor and encourage Vietnamese students majoring in Korean Studies.
The KoCham Scholarship is specifically granted to second and third-year students in the Korean Studies program. This meaningful scholarship aims to motivate and support students with difficult circumstances, nurturing their academic passion and strengthening the bridge of Vietnam–Korea educational cooperation.
Previously, four Korean Studies students from LHU also received this prestigious scholarship at the 2024 KoCham Award Ceremony, reflecting the continued recognition of LHU students’ efforts and achievements.

Accordingly, the four students receiving 2025 KoCham Scholarships are Nguyen Ngoc Kieu Trang (class 22DH112); Duong Huynh Bao Tran (class 22DH113); Tran Thi Ngoc Han (class 23DH111) and Bui Thi Linh (class 23DH112).
Founded in 2003, KoCham is a non-profit organization representing more than 5,000 Korean enterprises operating in Central and Southern Vietnam. Over the years, KoCham has been actively involved in various social and charitable initiatives, calling on Korean businesses to contribute to community development and educational support programs. Since 2018, KoCham has established a Scholarship Fund for Korean Studies students in Vietnam, affirming its long-term commitment to education and human resource development.
